  • This is the best Petsmart in the valley. It is so clean and organized, and the staff is always really friendly and nice. Everyone greets you with a smile and will bend over backwards to make you happy. The selection here is great and anything they don't have in stock they will order for you and call when it is in. The pet hotel is wonderful, and the selection of reptiles is really good for a corporate store, they have a few really nice things I haven't seen in other petsmarts. The grooming salon, though, is where this store really excels. From the quality of the groom, to the price, and having the groomer really work with you, to make sure you are happy and want to return. They really put forth great customer service. I wouldn't use any other salon in the valley, and that is a fact.
