  • I tried it and will pass it as a little less than average. 99 percent of Pho joints are in this range. I been to Vietnamese 14 times and most of the pho is not good. No one can make the Pho like Simmering Pho in Morgan Hill, ca. All fresh ingredients without Msg or watered down broth. Unfortunately, the owners sold the place 4 months ago.
