  • I normally don't go to this IHOP and I won't return. They messed my food up, sent it back. Brought it out the second time, still wasn't right. The hash browns were so hard I couldn't eat them. The bathroom was flooded and only one stall open, but with water all over the floor. The manager offered me 10% off my bill. My mom stepped in and said, no! Hers should be free. Poor management!
