So perhaps I need to get more expressive in my reviews so Yelp will grant me Elite status and I can feel better as a human being. :)
So here we go. Expressive but to the point.
There are a few breakfast options here in Old Town. This particular spot is ideal if you live in Old Town areas because it is so very close to walk to if you live around Indian School and Scottsdale or are staying at one of the nearby hotels.
Ambiance: Orange table is an eclectic breakfast place. Not your typical diner setup. They have a walk up bakery & coffee type setup as well as sit down dining. They even have 2 couches with tables you can eat off of and be nice and cozy. They also have a patio with misters which is cool but chose to sit inside as it was still hot as hell out.
Cuisine: As you can see in the other reviews, they offer these things called flannels. I was unclear of what they are. Well it's corned beef and hash with stuff all mixed in with them. Given I'm not a fan of corned beef and hash didn't do anything for me, but if it's your thing, this is your place. I read a review about the eggs benedict specials from a Yelp review and had to ask the server about it because she didn't tell me...and luckily they did, I had the eggs benedict with chorizo. It was really good. So remember to ask what the specials are as well.
Service: Was pretty good but as I said, I had to ask what the specials were. Food came out pretty fast, it was around noon so the morning crowd had already dissipated. I can't speak to how it is when slammed.
Overall: Not a bad spot, I'll give it another shot but I'm currently exploring all breakfast options at this time around Scottsdale.
Sincerely,
Your epicurean adviser
