  • Simply one of the best dining experiences I have ever had in Scottsdale. The setting was awesome, the cocktails were on point, the food exceeded every expectation and the service blew us away. I will be making this a regular spot to visit moving forward. Side Note: Try "The Spaniard", best cocktail on the menu! A big thanks to the Owner and Service Team at Cafe Monarch!
