  • I have a GE monogram refrigerator. Problem is it runs all the time and has a ice built up on the condenser My experience was as follows 1 Answers the phone. SERVICE! 2. Show at in a personal minivan 3. Doesn't seem to have a clue what's wrong. First tells me it has too much freon. Then tells me it has a leak and it's low on freon. Then pulls out the bottom draw and tells me the fan is out 4. Tells me to call someone else he can't fix it What the heck. Isn't this what the are in business to do? 5. One good thing is he didn't charge me the service call
