I've only been a client for a little over a year but will take any future animals here exclusively. I took my 13 year old pug Thor in the other day because he was pretty suddenly not feeling well and was told that there were treatments they could try but they would not recommend it. Unfortunately I did have to make the decision to let him go. I could not be more grateful for such a caring veterinary office. They did not force me into a decision, they let us take our time and have several people join me and most importantly let all of us be with him until the end which ended up being very peaceful. We were not rushed in any way and told to take our times even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure they wanted to get home and they even put him in a box to make it easier to carry him out. I really appreciated that Dr LaSota told me that I made the right decision and it is amazing to have kept him in such good health for so long and made me feel like a good pet parent. Everyone that I dealt with was so compassionate. I wish the evening had been a better outcome but they made a truly horrible experience as good as it could be.
