  • I'm so excited to have a professionally-managed, Apple authorized repair center close to home!!.. looking to get the battery replacement promised by Apple for 6S and older models @$29, I was directed by Apple Genius to this location as all local Apple stores were over a month out on batteries. I scheduled appointment through the Apple Genius and followed up with a phone call to confirm battery availability etc. Great customer service and accommodation to my busy schedule allowed for an easy drop-off. After battery Assessment, Kevin informed me that my battery was in decent condition yet I qualified for a FREE battery. I was even offered a loaner phone to carry me if needed!!..An hour later I picked up my phone and I was good to go.. the small strip mall location is so convenient and it felt like I was in the perfect Apple store WITHOUT mobs of people.. they service other electronics including laptops that aren't Apple. Small cooler with drinks and snacks provided.... this will definitely be my go-to for my computer and Apple repairs in the future!! Thanks again, Kevin!!
