  • If you dont mind: over charging for parts, visits never done, arrives at their convenience, incorrect diagnose, and schedules visits without even talking to me. .... then this is a great company. 1. While the drain was wrong I found the right one in my garage, still didn't fix it. The pump is bad was misdiagnosed. 2. They missed 3 appointments, said I wasn't there even through my counter top installers were installing my new countertops. 3. Sent a email after they were closed saying they will be there the next morning which I never scheduled. If you MUST use this company, good luck and don't prepay for the visit.
