  • We had shutters from Sunburst (through Lowes) installed in 2011. Recently, one of the shutters became loose and fell (the house is brick constructed, not drywall, so that probably contributed to this unfortunate circumstance) My experience reporting this issue has been excellent so far. George immediately said "I will make this right" when he saw a picture of the fallen shutters. I'll update my review once the shutters are re-installed, but so far I have a good feeling!!
