| - I came here for a networking party for a conference I recently attended. I agree with other reviewers that this location works fine for a party, but it would not be ideal for a wedding or even for a networking event. It does have a lot of character with a lot of little nooks and rooms all over. There is a hot tub in one of the main downstairs spaces, which is a little odd. It's a quirky place; gaudy, pretty outdated, worn, and it doesn't seem super clean. It is not conducive to networking as the house is broken up into so many rooms here and there.
There is a nice outdoor space with tables, chairs, a bar, a gazebo, a covered area, a patio, a swimming pool, and I think another hot tub. There is a pool house with a one-lane bowling alley, another bar, and a dance floor. I'm not sure how many bathrooms they have, but we could only locate a couple of them, both with long lines since there were about 100 of us or so at the party.
It's a neat and unique place to check out, but I wouldn't recommend it for a formal event.
