  • I had my eye on a lovely Miyabi chef's knife that I had seen in their catalog and decided to bite the bullet and get it before the introductory price for it expired. I received excellent service from David who showed me various tips for maintaining it as well as showing me other knives that were similar and explaining the differences between them. He offers knife sharpening services at the store for a very reasonable price and you can tell the passion and dedication he has for a finely crafted blade. Upgrade one star!
