  • would i purchase here again? no. recommend to families/friends? no. but if you must, go for it. from my previous review, we have since had everything taken care of, one month later. our new car, had a cracked windshield...finally replaced. but i waited at home when requested and no one shows up. not even a courtesy call. turns out we were suppose to be in the shop. they offered a rental while we waited to have that done as well as tinting. they still forgot to remove the honda west label on the car (trunk). we went in another time to get it removed... one too many visits. it is hard to get a hold of anybody unless you have their direct line--cell. anyway, good job on the tint and thanks for replacing the windshield. due to friendly staff, i will give it another star. plus one for the rental and taking care of the issues we had.
