  • So if I can give no stars for this organization I would. I returned today to pickup my car and went to pay. There was a long lineup at the exit gate and an employee who was over his head trying to assist people leaving. We sat there for 35 mins waiting. The buses heading for the airport was stuck as well. A lot of irritated people until someone who was able to bypass the machine came. 35 minutes to exit .... Clearing US customs didn't take that long.....never again.
