  • I was back showered and dressed and ready to go a good 20 minutes before my 50 min massage and scrub was over. The service was blah and none of my knots were taken out. They automatically add 20% tip to the already overpriced service which was not appreciated. The spa area itself is very nice and has a relaxing feel to it but the service and the people who work there are not. I waited in line for 5 min before I checked in and there was two ladies behind the front desk and I was not acknowledged not even so much as a smile. I will not be coming back to this place on my next trip to Las Vegas
