  • I didn't know about Rao's until some friends invited me to go. I didn't know about the original Rao's in NYC that was founded in the late 1800s. I didn't know how hard it was to get a reservation at the original until I started looking at some reviews. What I DO know is that this was the best Osso Bucco I've ever tasted! Just the right blend of meaty flavor, delicious fat, and chewy gristle broken down to a melt-in-your mouth feel. Loved, loved, loved!
