  • I'm not even a patient, I called this office to see if they took Saturday appointments for new new patients and if they offered Depo-Vera Shots.The girl that answered the phone stated that she was new and just had finished training, she didn't even know what Depo was???...I had to explain it was a shot to prevent pregnancy, (preventative measures), she didn't even know what Insurance they did or did not accept. They need to put her back in training, and make sure she is tested on their practice before allowing her to answer calls and be on the floor, this will scare many patients away, just keeping it real!... I'm going to pray for this young lady and this office!...This is really Sad!
