  • Nothing special about the gym...just takes your money. Paying $20.45 for what I thought was a great deal, but I became so uninterested in going to the gym because it lacked childcare and I got bored of the environment. I figured I'd wait until my one year contact was up because after talking to several reps that seemed to be the best option, make myself attend and pay the membership fee than to pay full buy out fee $59+ which I didn't have. UNTIL, I was randomly charged $39.+ for an annual fee the same month I was charged the $20.45 membership fee. After placing a call, I was told by reps the annual fee comes out when ever THE COMPANY chooses and they haven't no way to tell when that will happen. THEN, I was told by the same rep I could have paid the buyout fee but only 5 days ago, to which how am I suppose to know that, they don't even know when the annual fee comes out of the customers account. After all this, I could have looked the buyout fee as $59+ being about the same amount as having the annual charge fee of $39+ plus an extra $20. And would have left this awful gym long ago and saved the monthly membership fee they take out of my account. So I did have an option all the times I spoke to reps up until to 5 days ago, but I was told only after the fact I couldn't use the option! Like every business: money hunger comes first and customer service will be top priority only when it's to sign you up!
