  • as i'm sure my previous review left some raised eyebrows, and a few people running for the hills, i am happy to report that since my review of venom, there have been many changes, ALL for the better. the rude incompetent staff, have been replaced with knowledgeable and polite individuals, who are more than happy to please, and make their tenants smile. i very rarely come across fecal matter of either canine or aviary variety, and all in all it's been a much nicer environment to be in. alas i can not comment on the Jacuzzi or pool problems of before, as it has been too cold for me to risk an exposure to hypothermia, but i have been assured by others that they are in working order (YAY!!!!). the current property manager, Brianna, is an absolute delight, and always has a smile on her face, whether she's happy or not (and it's not one of those fake ones that one of their past agents always had), but a true genuine, i'm so happy to see you smiles. i actually WANT to come in to pay my rent on the first, because i know there will be laughter and smiles all around, and not sour pusses, with bad attitudes.
