Went there to buy a laptop. No one bothered to assist me. I finally had to ask someone for help. The salesperson who eventually helped me couldn't answer even the most rudimentary questions about computers, with the excuse given that this employee just started working at Best Buy. Plus, the person helping me was about to give me the wrong product because this agent couldn't read what was written on the box, but thankfully no excuse was given for that. Furthermore, this worker forgot to enter my Best Buy Rewards number after I made my purchase and then tried to make up some story about saying it would be faster and easier if I did it online myself. Yeah, right. But at least they didn't give me any problems when I returned the laptop; so they get one extra star for that.
