rev:text	Worst rental experience I've ever had. This place is a complete scam. Rent is relatively low but they charge you for ridiculous things when you move out to make up for it. Our parking space was nowhere near our apartment and my car was damaged in a hit and run within a few weeks of parking there. No one monitors the amount of people or unauthorized pets in apartments and no one cleans up after their pets. Maintenance usually made everything worse a few times and had to come back multiple times to fix it. BUT the worst part was the move out experience. On the walk through the assessment of the apartment seemed reasonable and our deposit should have more than covered everything we were told. However, when we were out and had already moved out of the state they charged us over 1800 dollars on top of the 1000 in deposits in various damages. I called asking for specifics of what we were being charged for and was given the run around and told things that were in exactly the same condition as move in such as toilets counters walls needed replacements. I was also charged hundreds for a trash removal fee and am positive the apartment was empty upon move out. When I questioned them about the trash and replacements they said they couldn't say and had no record of specifies. I tried to speak to various employees and managers and was mostly ignored and never called back or told they didn't have that information. We decided to just pay the amount because we were getting close to the 30 day deadline before we were sent to collections and no one would work with us. Finally, a few weeks later I received a threatening letter saying I hadn't paid and was being sent to collections. I had records of the payment made weeks ago and they had already used the funds but it still took days to get ahold of the one person who dealt with our account and he treated us rudely and curtly told us he received the payment and never apologized for his error. The Weidner Accolade property was overall a terrible experience and the company has proven itself dishonest and unsavory.
