  • Stay away. I took my truck there because I had an oil change done next door to FF and with that you received half off any car wash. So I gave FF a try... first time they did a pretty ok job, a young tall guy even told me he cleaned the my babies car seat (what momma doesn't love that?!) which is the only reason for the second star! Took my i3 in last night and it was the complete opposite... I might as well done through a gasoline station car wash. They only vacuum and didn't clean any of my dash board nor doors, I opened the back and it was full of dirt and debris. This morning I check the back seats and the same thing there was nothing wiped down or cleaned. This is the first time I have ever had such a bad experience with a car wash!!!!!! Makes me a bit angry. If you pay for something you should receive it! Anyways sorry FF going on my black list. Hubby decided we are not going back there. I much rather drive a little further and give my money to someone who is really going to do as they say!
