  • Needless to say I was not satisfied by the service given to me at Acura north Scottsdale. Not sure if it's because of my young age (25) that I was treated with no respect or if that's just how they operate. Recently got a new tlx from them an was not satisfied with the car an deal I got. I went the next day after taking the car home back to say I did not like the way the car handled. They did everything they could to not listen to what I was saying an to tell me they can not do anything as I signed a contract already. When telling my sales man Paul Graziano that I wasn't satisfied an I was interested in something else he proceeded to start an argument with me on the show room floor which he had to be told to hush up by sales manager Steve (who has no respect for younger clients it seemed) Steve then pulled me aside to assure me that I got a great deal to which he did not listen to me when I said I was not satisfied an would like to look at other options. Needless to say I will never be a customer of Acura north Scottsdale again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting an Acura to go to the Tempe dealership. I myself regret not going there, as I was trying to be loyal to the original place I got my first Acura. Lesson learned an never again.
