rev:text	Another 5 star review - why? Because Yelp won't let me give 10 stars! If you're even considering renting out your pride and joy of a home, you better call Eloff right now. Let's just say, I've had less than stellar experiences with other management companies in town and was about to give up until I found Eloff on Yelp. I've tried managing a couple places myself - it's not worth the headache. Eloff is a very personable and easy person to talk to. If you have questions, he has answers - he came through, walked my property at a time that was convenient for me and gave me the honest truth on what needed attention to get the place ready for rent. I'm pretty handy around the house, so I wanted to tackle a few repairs myself. He offered to send his crew out to provide an estimate but never pushed me into it - I really appreciated this because he doesn't just look at you as a $ sign. What I did end up taking him up on was having the home professionally cleaned because they clean it to his standards. After the maintenance issues were addressed, he pulled the comps and we agreed on a competitive price to get the place rented. He had a professional photographer come through that made the place look absolutely amazing. I kid you not - the place went live on a late Saturday and he secured a QUALITY tenant that signed papers on the following Tuesday. He kept in touch with me every step of the way and answered all the questions I had. Eloff and his team are also very smart in collecting cleaning fees from the tenant to make sure your home is in tip top shape when they move out. I appreciate this very much because the last tenant I had through a different property manager left my place a mess. If you're looking to rent your home or are even considering it, give Eloff a call. You won't meet a more straightforward person in this business. He's a busy dude but he always returns your calls or you can send him a text!
