I'll start this review out with a disclaimer: I'm just another Northerner, and I probably don't know much about BBQ.
My professional organization had an event hosted/catered here on the third floor. But however they had it arranged for our number of people didn't work, so they put about 4 to 5 of us on the second floor away from the rest of our group, and they wouldn't bring any more chairs out or just one more table for the third floor.
Next, they had three different types of BBQ available and then mac&cheese and cheese curds in the warmers. The types of BBQ weren't labeled. The mac&cheese wasn't very good, and needed more cheese. It was too dry. I didn't like any of the BBQ either. It was not very flavorful, and the sauces weren't impressive. I've cooked better in my slow cooker. The cheese curds were probably the tastiest part of the meal, although the warmer didn't keep the temperature consistently warm across all curds.
The bartender was friendly and they had a fair amount of beer on tap, including some dark beers. Might return, but for beer only. Would not host another event here.
