| - Cockroaches, bed bugs, it's a dump OH My! Sadly have to give one star yelp's rules, but this place deserves zero
We shall start with my arrival, I submitted a credit card Auth including copy of my card and ID to reserve, I informed the lady I was talking to when my flight came in and when i would be here. I get here office closed WTF did no one think "hey I should tell her we close at 6 being she said she would be showing up at 7:30pm" Security got Vaughn out of his Apt to check me in, my daughter and I were dead tiered having been up since 6am Florida time. Checking in with Vaughn was the very best part of my shortened stay in this hell hole. Guess what he could not find? my reservation, surprise, jump thru hoops and they mess it up. Also price I was quoted to pay over the phone was somehow now $100 higher, nice bait and switch there.
well after seeing this place by the light of day we were stuck, no refunds period, and we had paid for a month
Carpet worn out going in to the kitchen so bad the nail board is exposed, so keep your shoes on or get a tiny nail rammed into your foot.
no light bulbs, and when i asked for some they had to go take them from other Apt's because they were out, really????
most of the furniture has seen better days, and they can't seem to find a tank cover to fit on the toilet. Toilet in the master bedroom clogged up twice in a week, not a good sign, they paper holder in the bathroom is literally hanging out of the wall, maybe move it to a different place on the wall and patch the holes? just a thought
hidden fees, when you go to pay your "rent" there is an additional $10.95 tacked on, if you want to pay by debit or credit card, another $10 fee so basically they are charging you a fee to take your money
Found water dripping thru the ceiling in the hall way, why? oh the people above us with the 6 kids. The kids over flowed the bathtub and flooded the apt above us, this is the kind of neighbor you can expect.
roaches, tons of them, they are infested "well we are more transit" is the excuse you will get if you complain really?? how about they don't spend the money needed to keep this dump clean, or spray for bugs
Here is the best part, when you sign all the BS paperwork, you sign a paper stating they are bedbug free, guess what THEY ARE NOT!!!!!! My husband killed 2 in some tissue and I marched them down and slapped them on the office counter and showed them all my bites! All that was done, they noted what apt i was staying in. The only thing thats been done is I was not charged the non refundable pet deposit when I complained of all the problems, and showed them pictures of everything, I am not going to be held responsable for damage, this place is nothing but damaged!
I feel bad for the manager, he started working here 2 days after I moved in and lives here too, if I had to live here for the job I would be looking for a new job real fast.
Renters beware DO NOT rent here unless you love roaches and bedbugs, not to mention the other tenants out of control children running all over the place.
Save your money, if your looking for short term check out Budget Suites, I stayed there before and it was a hell of a lot better than this place could dream of being.
