  • If I could give negative stars I would...first, I was super excited because this place "looked" nice on the Internet and was in the neighborhood and school choice for my daughter and was well within my budget. So I scheduled an appointment online, and went into the office the next day. They did not have my appointment, but said, fine we will show you the "model". We went to the "model" and a minute after we walked in the door, the rep said, well, the apartment that you will get WON'T look like this, it will be plain white in the kitchen, old cabinets, carpet and no vinyl, etc. In response to that, I asked can I see the "real" apartment and I was very rudely rebuffed. Ok, so I then asked, how much is it to rent an "upgraded" apartment. She advised me, it will be $100+ a month. Typical bait and switch. No thank you. Already submitted a complaint to the BBB about this dump. And by the way, there were people working on cars in the parking lot, which was major turn off other than the crappy service and false advertising.
