The moment I set foot in their restaurant area, the waitress told me upfront "it's too late to eat-in, only take out" without even saying "hi" or "welcome". The cannelés don't feature visible pricing. The main manager eavesdrops on your conversation with the waitress. But worst of all, the pastries look like they've been prepared days ago by dozens of different people (bland presentation, no consistency in look).
