  • HORRIBLE!! i wish i could give this a negative rate because i've never had such a horrible experience at a hospital before. We're from out of town, so all of us have been in and out of the waiting room for over 10 days now while a loved one is slowly passing away and the security has the nerve to tell my aunt she couldn't sleep in the waiting room. REALLY!? Since when was it wrong to sleep in a waiting room inside a hospital? That's not it. With more then 10 of us in a small room with only 6 seats some of us had to sit on the floor. What happened next just made me even more mad. Security comes and tells us to get off from the floor because it's against the policy to sit on the floor! So we all have to stand up? Did he offer us more chairs or another room? No he simply waited for us to get up off the floor then left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
