  • I recently bought a used BMW from this dealership and they promised to fix the rear window on the convertible top-they glued it and the next day the molding was flapping again. I returned to ask them to replace the window and was told that if I found a new car buyer for them they would give me $300 towards the purchase of a new back window-which retails for $550. This wasn't what was agreed to when I purchased the vehicle but got no satisfaction from the sales manager. On 9-9/2011 I was pleased to have my BMW returned to me with a replacement window. This is what I have always wanted and am very pleased with the treatment I received from Rick, Sales Manager. I also want anyone to know who goes to Findley Cadillac that there is a salesman there who treated me as anyone who would want to be treated and his name is Jason C. So I now can say that I got everything that I wanted from Findlay plus I got a great used car at a reasonable fair price so now I will recommend this dealership to my friends
