  • I went to Dolce for the first time and I have to say I was not impressed at all. I had heard a lot of good things about it from friends, so I figured I'd give it a try. I went there with a Groupon, which was a great deal. I am glad I did no pay full price after the service I got! Like many other reviews, I experienced the same cold, unfriendly attitude, not so much from the girls at the front desk, but the stylist herself. I picked a Level 5 and expected better service and quality. The stylist wasn't friendly at all and didn't really attempt to make some sort of conversation...which is fine, I was not there to make friends....but at least act like you're enjoying your job! She just looked anoyed. I didn't really get the haircut I wanted, and I went there with an open mind, I pretty much told her to get creative and do something different than what I had...45 min later, I walked out with the exact same haircut I had, except 2 inches shorter. I even told her to cut it shorter and she didn't. I expected better service from a level 5 stylist. $55 for a haircut is not worth it.
