  • The cleaning lady stole all of my boyfriends money, which were thousands of dollars in our hotel room from his book bag. Yes, I know it is partially our fault and we can't stop beating ourselves enough up over it for being stupid and careless about such a large amount of money. We came to Vegas as a business trip for the Annual Vape Summit, and when we landed that night our safe was broken. The next morning it completely slipped our mind to call the security to fix our safe since we were in a rush out. Usually they take really long with their service to come to your room anyways. But we do know that we put out their "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door so our room doesn't get cleaned. However the room keeper came in anyways still and actually went through my boyfriends bookbag and stole his money. We called security and risk management, all they said was they'll file a report. So guess what actions they took when we followed back up? You guessed right, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is our second time staying at Planet Hollywood in Vegas, I use to like it but after that experience knowing they don't care enough to take real actions and they have those kind of workers, I can never bring myself here. Heres Pros & Cons about this hotel Pros: -It's smacked right on the central strip -The room rates aren't bad for the location -It has almost every single store you need in this resort -The vibe is pretty cool Cons: -The hallways and rooms are gritty, old and outdated. -The pool is the worst out of all the hotels on the strip of Vegas -For almost every cellular service, there is barely any reception -The wifi sucks -Mostly a young crowd here. P.S - After dropping a review on Tripadvisor as well, I noticed another guys review where they stole $18,000 OUT OF THE SAFE. Smh
