  • I'd give them a lower rating if possible. I have been in there twice. Both were ridiculously bad experiences. Ordering online or by phone is better. The phones on display have zero information on.the specs, capabilities, or memory. So you have to shop online, while you are there. Why bother going in? Last time, went in with my wife to upgrade phone, because of an email offer I received. Told them this the moment I walked in. Somehow, we waited 30 minutes while 4 employees tended to one other customer. When they finally came and asked what phone we wanted, and commenced the 20 minute setup, about 5 minutes in I asked again about the offer is got by email. The guy read through the offer and said, that only applies to calling into AT&T by phone. So we waited there for 40 minutes to be told we had to call in for the deal. Makes me want to call Verizon....
