  • I would of gave them zero stars. The worst moving company i have ever experienced. We booked our moving with them 2 weeks in advance and the day of moving day a steve leaves voicemail at 9;50am that their was a schedule conflict. Mine was suppose be scheduled from 12:30pm and he said we might be a bit late but not saying it wont be there at 12:30pm. Paperwork did say from 12:30pm to 230pm. So we are waiting at storage 2:30pm comes and they never came. My roommate and i left numerous voicemails on Steves phone to please let us know and no call back. We finally left storage place at 2:50pm. We were at storage place almost two hours and half. They finally call at 6pm and said they have our ticket and will meet us at storage,but no call or communication to say they will be late. When we talked to Steve on phone he had i dont care attitude and didnt apologize or anything. They dont care about their customers at all. We went with Dignity movers and they called before they showed up and were prompt and they even came from Scottsdale from another move. My family and I used Two Men and Truck for years and even bailed me out one time when movers didnt show up and now they did it. I guess you dont care about losing money and customers. Stay clear of this company.
