  • Whenever I ask for Malpeque oysters and the waiter doesn't flinch and responds "absolutely!". I know I've come to the right place. If I then ask for champagne mignonette and I get another "most definitely!", then it's true love. The stunning stone crab, horseradish dipping sauce and buttery sweet Alaskan King Crab legs are just icing on the cake. Not to mention the incredible Dover Sole with brown butter sauce prepared table side. When in Vegas, if in the vicinity of Forum Shops, do yourselves a favor and drop in.
