  • Saturday 1/20 - 11:15am Male barista needs a major tune up in customer service skills. I ordered on the app and when I arrived they were out of what I ordered (tomato mozzarella panini). Instead of helping me find a solution, he made it seem like it was out of his hands and a "too bad so sad" type of situation. Update. Wednesday 1/24 - 8:40am Now the dude is messing with me. Ordered an Iced Green Tea latte on the app and he made it a regular latte instead. When I made him aware of the mistake, he continued to make other drinks ahead of the remake. No apology, nothing.
