  • Just switched to GSI, first time for me at GSI but about my 20th inspection. Scheduling was easy, friendly and professional. She explained their method and what to expect regarding turn-round time for the report. Email confirmation of appt was nice. William (inspector) was fast, efficient, thorough, patient and kind. Inspection was completed by 5:30pm, report arrived same day at 7:02pm - they far exceeded my expectations. The only thing they didn't do, was to place the photos in the report directly next to the item being described. The photos are instead at the end of the report so I had to keep flipping back and forth. Otherwise, I worked with a perfect 5-star company! I'm looking forward to using GSI again in the near future!
