  • This is not a personal review. But on behalf of my client. She called me less than a week ago in a panic stating she had been to this Ulta and her experience was horrific.. FOUR hours and $375+ dollars later and her hair turned out like the first 3 posted pictures. She showed a picture and asked for balayage and a cute bob. This is a shame, and if I knew the stylists name I would call her out. She ended up in my chair from following me on social media and the 4th picture is during her process with me and the after when we corrected it. This service was completely unacceptable and if I do find out the stylists name I am going to take this a step further and report her to state board. Based on the overall reviews of this store it seems the employees are awful and nothing will be done. I WOULD NOT step foot into this store and let anyone service me. Shame on you Ulta for allowing this kind of business.
