  • The worst branch I've been in. Horrible customer service, and always trying to sell you something. Had an overdraft fee of $85 because of a banker error and they only gave me $17 back.. Even had a balance statement showing that I was positive. Manager acted like she didn't care. I thought a bank was some place where you could safely keep your money? Not somewhere where you can give them money and they can take whatever they want from it? I'll probably be switching banks very soon because of such service.
