| - The short TL;DR version: I feel like they make a quick and scummy cash grab from those new to and uneducated/naive about vaping. Aside from their pricing I was very satisfied with the e-liquid I purchased there.
The unabridged version:I would have given them 5 stars if I hadn't come home to check out their website to see if they carried something I forgot to ask about in store while there, only to find out I was charged more in their store for every product I purchased than what they charge on their website. I understand quality comes at a price, but I find it really hard to believe that your B&M prices are more than your e-store prices. It really made my stomach sink because of the following:
I have found the vaping community to be, in general, condescending, unhelpful and downright douchey. So I checked out their shop with little hope and much apprehension. My anxiety was quickly eased when I explained to the clerk who was helping me what I was looking for and he took his time to assist me and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will be the first to acknowledge I am a hard customer to work with, especially in situations where I feel overwhelmed by options like I am in every e-liquid store. But the young man who helped me was endlessly helpful, knowledgeable and most important to me, patient.
While I would have loved to call Synergy my vaping home store, I can't justify the cost. Not when there are more transparent vendors online who test their products for diacetyl, acetyl propionyl, acetoin and polysorbates as well as certifying them as organic for the same price or cheaper than Synergy. It's not all about the almighty dollar with me either as I am willing to pay extra for those assurances. At the very least their pricing should match that of their website.
