  • Worst service experience I've ever had. That describes my first Spyder service at this store. Have sent a letter to the GM on July 9th and as of today have had no response. Service advisor (didn't even hardly speak to me and don't have his name) was terrible. He obviously doesn't like his job as he ignored me during the check in. Never asked if I had any issues with the bike. Only opened his mouth when I had to sign the work order. Went to the customer lounge to wait the 3 1/2 hrs for my visit after a long hot 45 ride from home only to see a refrigerator that had a sign on it saying "for customers only." Well, who else would be in the lounge? Turns out the frig was empty of "free" water bottles. Went to their vending machines to buy some water and one machine wasn't working and the other was empty of sodas. Congrats to the parts department who had very friendly employees who were helpful pointing out where I could eat while I waited the 3+ hours. Service was finally done sooner than I was told (good thing) but again service advisor never said anything to me, didn't review the work done and just handed me paperwork to sign. Bill was for $300 which was to be free since I signed up for a pre-paid maintenance program. Finally service advisor told me it was only for my records and I didn't owe anything. I told the advisor I had something to talk to him about regarding the bike and he got a call and ignored me. I went outside waiting for my bike to be brought around and hoping the service advisor would come out and he never did! Lot attendant left the service tag on my handlebars so I had to remove that myself. The mirror had finger prints all over them which weren't there when I dropped it off. Take a look at their web site and the "management" pictures and you will understand why this operation is so poor. Fake pictures of their employees. Other RideNow stores have real pictures of their team. No response from the GM to a 3 page letter from a customer. Won't be going back to this store! Good luck if you do!
