  • Very poor customer service.. this is a store I normally come to.. but today my husbands and my experience was horrible.. the security guard was very rude to my husband which made the experience bad for us.. my husband was holding my son came back from taking my son to the restroom next door.. when he came back in they told him he couldn't come back in and I was paying for our kids shoes.. they just lost valued costumers. With their rude employees who still had the nerve to talk behind my husbands back!!! I do not appreciate the disrespect! I hope no one else has to go through this. I also hope their managers has a meeting with them to teach them about respecting their costumers and mostly if they have kids their kids with them ! I'm very disappointed and I will be switching stores! Smh
