  • I'm really disappointed in this location. I had an appointment for Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 8am that I'd booked months in advance. I got reminder notices as usual with the Gentle Dental chain, as late as the day before my appointment. On Saturday, I showed up at 7:50am and no one answered my knocking on any of the suite doors. I thought okay, no big deal- they'll arrive shortly seeing as how they scheduled a patient at 8am. 25-30 minutes later I was still standing out on the sidewalk alone, outside of empty suites. No one from the office has returned my three messages or tried to reach out in any way. I would like an apology and thought I wanted to reschedule - now I'm thinking I may just take my business elsewhere. After talking to a friend about it, it turns out he has had this location do the exact same thing to him in the past, which is shocking to me. So unprofessional! I'm very disappointed. They sure can cash my checks but my time clearly doesn't mean anything to them.
