One of the best schools I've been too that offers service to clients via walk-in or appointments.
The students are very friendly and willing to get the hands on experience they need from
the clients.
However, there is many issues with the dynamic on how reception answers the questions of the clients calling in.
Often met by rude tone and negative vibes. It is unknown if this is how Lincoln Tech's pedagogy method is instilled...
Or if the "Floor Manager" Linda or Lou and their trainees act this way because, this is how the stereotypes of a receptionist are performed at the institute? Whatever the case the professionalism is low, distasteful, and disrespectful.
The good interaction is with Candace, when she is working reception. However the vibes and disrespectful demeanor of the women in management and operations foreshadows the positive efforts put forth by the students who are trying to learn the trade they pay for.
