  • I just walked out of this place in the first 10 minutes of my scheduled massage because my masseuse, who is the main woman running the whole facility, walked out on me 3x in the first 10 minutes of the massage! I could hear her answering the phone, walking back in, then left again to help another customer and who knows what she was doing the other time. I got dressed and she ran after me saying she was very sorry and would make up the time but I was already late and she also told me that because I was pregnant she needed more help?? Which makes no sense since I explained I was pregnant over the phone and she said no problem come in at 1pm! Huh..she apologized but I still left. Very unprofessional and they need a front desk personal because she obviously can't do it all.
