  • Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for a different room, and got one, but it also smelled like cigarette smoke. I was really looking forward to a comfortable night after 10 hours of extremely stressful driving, but that was not to be. To be clear, this is supposedly a 100% no smoking hotel. Also, as another reviewer noted, the lobby and hallways were just as hot as it was outside. It was gross.
