  • First restaurant stop during my most recent visit through the Las Vegas area. Plenty of lot parking for this place that has been featured on DDD. Fairly close to airport. We were greeted and seated shortly upon entering. Food and beverage orders for the five of us was taken relatively timely. Food delivery, refills, and check settlement were decent with time from Anna. Between the five of us we ordered the oxtail chili fries, pork belly steamed bao sandwich, ronin burger, lonely bird and miyagi san burger. Burgers are cooked to the temperate requested. For our table from medium rare to medium. Oxtail fries reminded us of chili cheese fries substituted ground beef with oxtail. It was not over saucy, balance of sweet and savory. Pork belly steamed bun sandwiches. The duroc pork belly, slaw, egg, and hoisin bbq sauce. Smaller dishes. Tender pork belly. Not as fatty as I like. Not overly sauce. The blend of ingredients sound odd but worked. Ronin burger filled with beef?, sweet onion marmalade?, Japanese cole slaw, miso goma dressing, fried egg, katsu bbq, and a side of yuzu citrus aioli. The onion marmalade gave a good sweetness balance to the savory texture of slaw and egg. The citrus aioli was one of the better sauces we tried between the dishes. Elements separated were all good. Aspects of the dish together were harmonious. The lonely bird burger made of ground chicken & turkey "tsukune" burger with herb pesto?, lettuce?, tomato, and brown ale battered onion rings. One of the non beef burgers. Plenty of produce. Large stack of onion rings. The chicken turkey blend was not bad. I was not particular fan of it. It was moist but I wasn't feeling it. Miyagi San burger made of wagyu beef?, chili mayo?, fried egg?, furikake caramelized bacon?, and crispy onion rings. This was a nice burger. Meat was seasoned, juicy. Got the Asian fusion vibe. The accompaniments were crispy and sweet from the bacon and the onion rings. The sauce was okay. Overall good experience. Asian fusion written all over. Would visit again.
