  • Carpets Galore completed our Costco order to replace carpet with luxury vinyl. Given a tight time constraint, Carpets Galore was able to complete our huge order (including two staircases, one of which required custom cutting) in only four days. Hugo was a fantastic leader focusing on ensuring the highest quality installation in the hurried timeframe. He and Miguel worked hard, long-hours with complete professionalism and kindness. They attended to every detail and were extremely respectful in our home. Our only concerns: --There were other men who helped temporarily and one was a bit brash. --We were not told we would be responsible for the finishing work where the vinyl meets the walls. --Our house (all except the vinyl) was covered in dust when they were done (they swept and mopped the floors). If you choose Costco for your flooring, be sure to ask for Hugo to do the installing!
