  • Came to Vegas for my 50th birthday, made an appointment to get my first tattoo here over a month in advance. I got to the shop 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the shop was closed, no one around. Called and sent email.......nothing. Very disappointed, but luckily I was able to get in with another shop that same day and am thrilled with the tattoo I received. Sorry Wolfpack Tattoo, but you guys dropped the ball. 2/6/17 UPDATE: Bobby - as per your request, I have removed the name of the other shop from this review, but also, as you pointed out, I don't have a lot of 5 star reviews listed on Yelp, so I went ahead and gave the other place their own 5 star review. When you called me on the phone a few weeks ago and asked that I remove the name of the other shop, you did indeed make me a nice offer of a free tattoo the next time I come to Vegas, but since I just got my first one at age 50, I'm not really sure if I will be getting another one any time soon, and, in terms of the "cash payout" that I apparently demanded, all I did was to state the specific difference in cost between what you quoted me and what I paid at the other shop, and that I thought the fairest thing would be if you covered the difference since it was indeed your shop that dropped the ball. But, after I said that, you instead implied that if I had "looked a little harder" I would have been able to find you at your new location and that it was somehow my fault for not tracking you down, even though I'm not from Vegas, there were no signs nor any other phone numbers listed on your Yelp page (at that time) or on the front door of your shop that I sat in front of for 45 minutes, in the rain, trying to decide what to do. You also state, "we treat everyone with kindness and respect, and we always try to make everyone happy while treating them fairly", and that I apparently experienced this but it "slipped by in my review", um....., when did I experience this? When I was sitting out in front of a closed shop for 45 minutes? While I was driving 5 hours to a city/shop that I had made a reservation for 6 weeks in advance? Or when I called and left a voicemail and sent an email stating that I was sitting out in front of the store and could someone please get in touch with me? Thank you for bringing to my attention that I do need to post more positive reviews, because I think many people, including myself, forget to do that and only think about posting things when we have a negative experience. I will try to do better. I'm sure you have a wonderful shop and I have not posted anything derogatory but instead have only shared what my own experience was. I wish you the best with all of your happy, satisfied customers, it's just that I was not one of them.
