  • I have been trying to give up reviews on here about Hertz, but this just popped up on m y page. I leave the usual two stars mainly because there is no longer a Hertz which give a crap about the customer. If you request a car they will give you the complete opposite of the car you would like. I specifically asked for a Malibu at this location as I do for most rentals... I even paid a bit more for a Malibu sized car and put Malibu in my request. What Hertz always gives me is a Camry or an Altima. These two cars are not eve close to Malibu quality. A Cruze would be an upgrade compared to a Camry. Now some clown at Hertz will contact me with a form email for leaving two stars. If Hertz wants more stars, try treating customers better. Clean cars and friendly service would be a start. This Hertz I had a bad experience getting out. Apparently the guy in front of us got a damaged car and waited to get to the gate to complain. Hey Hertz - - - Open another exit lane!
